Best Golf Cars strives for customer satisfaction.
The following are our refund and return policies:

Parts and Accessories:
If the product you have received is not correct due to our error, you may return it for a full refund.
If the product you have received is not due to an ordering error, you may return it for a credit.
Electrical Parts and Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Prior to returning, you must contact our Parts Department so they may understand your problem and issue a return authorization number. Our Parts Department can be reached at 800-972-4654.
Please note that your return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of your package. Packages with no visible return authorization number will be refused and no refund or credit will be issued.

Golf and Utility Vehicles:
Vehicles offered for sale are subject to current availability at time of purchase. Since we sell the same inventory in our retail locations, it is possible that a particular vehicle may have been sold in the past 24 hours. If a vehicle purchased on line has been sold, we will contact you to offer an alternative vehicle or refund your purchase amount.

If there is a problem with your unit, please contact our sales department at 800-972-4654 to review your problem. We will make every effort to correct the problem; these efforts may include, but not be limited to:
· Sending service technician to review and correct the problem
· Telephone diagnosis and replacement part mailed to you
· Use of local Club Car dealership to assist
